May 12th, 2017

This is a message from Mrs. Savoie, principal at Forest Hills School.

There is a rehearsal tomorrow night form 6-8 for the drama production.  We realize that this is short notice, so please don’t worry if you are unable
to attend, but we would really like to see you there.

We are very excited that our Drama club will be putting on their production
Haphazardly Every After on both Tuesday the 16th and Wednesday the 17th at 7PM.  Tickets are on sale at the office and will be on sale at the door.

FHS PRIDE Week is next Monday to Friday, presented by our FHS GSA.  There will be different inclusive activities each day starting with rainbow face
painting on Monday with the donation of $1.

We would like to congratulate the Hillsong choir and Mr. Goguen for their performance at the Music Festival this year.  They won 3 silver seals, the
Simonds Trophy for the Top Choir on the East Side and the Gloria Richard plaque for the Highest Ranking School Choir, grades 4-7 and $600 to put toward the music program.  A job very well done!

Mark your calendars for our Annual FHS Night of the Arts which will be held on Monday, May 29th at 6:30.  It is always a fun filled night
of student and staff talent!

Our students did a fantastic job at the District Heritage Fair this year.  We will share who won awards next week when we receive the information.
All students did a fantastic job!

We will be participating in the Marsh Creek Clean Up on Saturday.  For those who will be joining us, please meet in the Parkway Mall parking lot at 8:30.  This is a great way to support our PALs at Canaport LNG.

Remember Falcons, be respectful, be responsible, and be safe!

Have a nice weekend,

Melissa Savoie
