Forest Hills School

We Build Inclusion, Capacity, and Learning Communities

April 28th, 2017

This is a message from Mrs. Savoie, principal at Forest Hills School.

All flags at provincial buildings will be lowered to at half-mast today to mark the Day of Mourning for Persons Killed or Injured in the Workplace.

The Saint John Soccer Club is having tryouts on May1st and 8th for U12AA and U14AA girl and boy teams at Shamrock Park Turf Field. U12AA times are 6-7
and U14AA times are 7-8. It would be great if we could get some kids from Forest Hills out there to help prepare them for the school teams next year.

We are excited to confirm that Hillsong will be performing Oh’ Canada at the Harlem Globetrotters’ game on Sunday at 2PM.  We will be meeting at Sea
Dogs Styles at 1:15 and you will receive your tickets there.  Hillsong students do not need permission slips for this event. We are unsure of the exact end time, so drives should be available by 3:30.  If possible, we’d ask that students wear white and black.

Please mark your calendars!  The Marsh Creek Cleanup will be on Saturday, May 13th.  This is a fun way to give back to our community and support our PALs at Canaport LNG.  There will be great prizes
and a BBQ.

Remember Falcons, be respectful, be responsible, and be safe!

Have a nice weekend,

Melissa Savoie
