Forest Hills School

We Build Inclusion, Capacity, and Learning Communities

April 15th, 2016

This is a message from Mrs. Savoie, principal at Forest Hills School.

The lost and found is overflowing, especially in the elementary end of the building.  We had it all laid out for parent teacher, but if you didn’t get the chance to have a look, please do so.  We
will be donating by the end of April.  Thank you.

The Grade 4 English students at FHS have been chosen to participate in the Progress in International Reading Literacy Study (PIRLS).  Details on this study are going home
on Monday.  Grade 4 students will be writing on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016.

Forest Hills is looking for anyone interested in coaching Flag Football teams to contact Mr. Tobin.  This team will be for middle school students only.  We are hoping to have 2 teams of both boys
and girls mixed.  The time commitment is one weekend jamboree at the season end and whatever amount of time you would like to dedicate to coaching the teams.  We are hoping to start practicing in a couple of weeks.  Thank you!

There will be no school for students on Friday, April 22nd or on Monday April 25th for staff learning days.

Remember Falcons, be respectful, be responsible, and be safe!

Have a nice weekend,

Melissa Savoie

Principal
