We Build Inclusion, Capacity, and Learning Communities

October 23rd, 2015

This is a message from Mrs. Savoie, principal at Forest Hills School.

The elementary soccer jamboree for Gr. 3-5 students that was supposed to occur this week has been rescheduled for Thursday, Oct. 29th.
Selected students are asked to be at Champlain Heights by 3:45.

Friday, October 30th will be Orange & Black day at FHS.  Earn 1 point for your house by clearly wearing both colours.

Friday, October 30th will be the last day to bring in Rainbows applications.  Also, our Playground Buddies program will being on the 30th as well.

It is starting to get quite chilly outside.  We would ask that you make sure your children dress appropriately.  We will try to have them outside as much as possible!

We have our practice emergency evacuation planned for Wednesday, October 28th.  We walk to the FHS Baptist Church, so it’s important the students wear appropriate footwear.

If there are any Halloween costumes that you are done with after the 31st, our drama club would love to have them.  We are looking for costumes that would fit grades 3-8.  Thank you.

Remember Falcons, be respectful, be responsible, and be safe!

Have a nice weekend,

Melissa Savoie
