Forest Hills School We Build Inclusion, Capacity, and Learning Communities January 23rd, 2015 This is a message from Mrs. Savoie, principal at Forest Hills School. Next Monday is Meow Monday and Wednesday is Woof Wednesday. Any student who brings in a donation for the SPCA will be able to have their face painted for free - Monday like a cat and Wednesday like a dog. The Community Connectors will be available to paint the faces of students on both Monday and Wednesday during lunch time at the elementary and middle levels. FHS will kick off our annual February Fitness Frenzy next Sunday, Feb. 1. We encourage families to join us in our month of activities dedicated to improving physical fitness. A calendar will be sent home next week outlining activities for families to do during the month of February. If students complete at least 20 of the activities and return their signed calendar at the end of the month, they will be entered in a draw for a chance to win a prize. Classes will also be spending a few minutes each day doing physical activity breaks. Finally, we strongly encourage families to come participate in our Family Phys. Ed. night on Tuesday Feb. 3 from 6:30-8 p.m. It's free for the family and there will be lots of fun activities such as bowling, zumba, karate, tae-kwon do, mini-golf, Go Go Gymnastics, etc. Several groups will also be set up in our tradeshow so you can learn more about what's going on our community. Hope to see you there! E-mail Security Advisory from ASD-S: We have received reports of an on-going FAX SPAM e-mail event.
