Here are your morning announcements for Tuesday Dec. 6th 2022.
*The announcements posted today reflect those which were read this morning. Please be aware that changes could occur during the day (cancellations, etc.) and we might not be able to amend them.
First Half- Red, Orange, Yellow, and Green classrooms will report to cafeteria during the first half of lunch. The grade level groups from blue, purple, black and white teams will report to target locations using the Courtenay Bay Doors.
Second Half- Blue, Purple, Black, and White will report to cafeteria and grade level groups from Red, Orange, Yellow, and Green will be in their assigned areas using the back doors near the gym.
Target Locations: This week the grade 8 groups will report to the gym grade 6 groups will report to the courtyard and grade 7 groups will report to the field.
Rotation Flow Chart: Gym --> Courtyard --> Field --> Gym
Reminders:
Our grade 8 classes will be eating in their homerooms during their designated eating time this week. Staff, please follow the duty rotation sent out.

Clubs & Activities: Only announce today and tomorrow’s clubs
Monday
Dungeons & Dragons Club: meets at lunch in Mrs. Shannon’s room.
Arabic Club – Cancelled today
Band - Trumpet Sectional
Tuesday
Activities Club – Board Game Club is now Activities Club. Come play board games, read, draw, colour, or speak to Mr. Swain about any other activity you are interested in. Meet in room 237 and bring your lunch.
Culture Club: Come to Mrs. Welch’s room to learn about a new culture! Bring your lunch to room 232!
Band- Flutes, Clarinets, Saxophones, Basses and Baritone
YEARBOOK Committee: There is a meeting today at lunch for the whole lunch, please meet Ms. Bailey in computer lab!
Sports Club: If you are interested in talking and learning about sports as well as watching them, come to Mr. Walls’ room 309 Tuesdays at the start of lunch starting on December 6th.
Wednesday
Choir –Meet in the music room at lunch. New members welcome
3D Print Club – At noon today. Bring your lunch and stay for the hour.
Manga Club: meets at lunch in Mrs. Shannon’s room.
Renaissance Team: Will be meeting Wednesday at lunch in room 130. All staff and students interested in supporting the culture and climate at Bayside can attend. Bring your lunch and stay for the hour.
BAND – Practice after school
Art Club - The list of students selected for the art club will be posted on Monday by lunch outside of the art room. Art club will start Wednesday, Dec. 7, in the art room, bring your lunch.
Thursday
GSA – meets at lunch in the auditorium. All are welcome!
BAND- Percussion sectional
Yearbook Committee: We will once again meet in the computer lab downstairs for the entirety of lunch, bring your lunches.
Friday
Art/Comics club will be in room 114. Sign-up sheet posted outside of room. (No school next two Fridays)

Broncos Give Back...
We have collected over 200 boxes of cereal. The Blue team won by a landslide with Ms. Burkett collecting the most boxes and Mr. Swain’s class in a close second. The blue team will win a prize next week. Congratulations!
For December, our Bronco Community is encouraged to bring in items for the River Stone Recovery Center. They are a not-for-profit, harm reduction, substance use clinic that specializes in treating / helping the underserved at risk population in Saint John.
