Here are your morning announcements for May 30th,2022.   


*The announcements posted today reflect those which were read this morning. Please be aware that changes could occur during the day (cancellations, etc.) and we might not be able to amend them.  


First Half- Red, Orange, Yellow, and Green classrooms will report to cafeteria during the first half of lunch. The grade level groups from blue, purple, black and white teams will report to target locations using the Courtenay Bay Doors.    


Second Half- Blue, Purple, Black, and White will report to cafeteria and grade level groups from Red, Orange, Yellow, and Green will be in their assigned areas using the back doors near the gym. 


 

Target Locations: This week the grade 8 groups will report to the compound, grade 6 groups will report to the field, and grade 7 groups will report to the gym.

GSA: We will meet next Wednesday at lunch in room 314. If you haven’t already done so, please give Mrs. Shannon your permission slip ASAP. Our trip is on Friday.  


Youth Group: Youth Group- will meet tomorrow in Room 318 at lunch. 


Art Club:  Meets Friday second half of lunch in the Art Room. Please bring a plain white cotton t-shirt.    


Maker Club: Maker Club next Thursday after school. 


Board Games Club: Mr. Swain will be hosting a board game club Thursday at noon....limited to first 20 students. 


 

BAYSIDE ATHLETICS  


VOLLEYBALL–   jv boys and girls should have all passed in their jerseys . See Mr allaby if you have not.  


Varsity girls volleyball – practice 330-530 today (May 30) and wednesday (June 1) 


Track and Field- 


Baysides 1st Team Color vs  Team Color track competition is today May 30 during Block A-C. Classrooms have now registered their top competitors to win points not only for their class, but also for their team color(ex Red team is Creamer, Godreau and Cosman ). The team with the most points will not only Win the competition but will have a pizza party for their members. “ So you gotta compete, for a chance to eat” . This meet will also be our final tryout for our Track team who will compete at the Saint John Regional Track Championship June 8th at UNBSJ. List of those registered can be found by the Gym. 


  

Those that make the track team- Bayside athletic shirts are $15 and yours to keep. Many may have them from cross country or badminton so they wont need to buy one..
