Good afternoon! This is a message for all Gr. 8 Raiders and their families.

As I mentioned last week, ASD-S is busy preparing for High School Registration for all Gr. 8 students. Once again, please make sure your address and contact information is up-to-date here at RVMS.

In the Saint John Education Center, we have a unique situation where some students can select to go to the uptown High Schools instead of their neighbourhood school. In preparation for this, the High Schools each have an Open House evening for Gr. 8 students and their families.

Harbourview High School is our neighbourhood high school and students who live in the RVMS area can go there without special permission.

To go to Saint John High School or St. Malachy's Memorial High School, students must apply and have their name selected in a draw in order to attend for their Gr. 9 year.

High School Registration forms go home in February.

The Open House sessions all begin promptly at 6:00 pm with a presentation. Families are asked to be at the school by 6:00.

SJHS       Wednesday, February 12

SNOW DATE       Thursday, February 13
