Good afternoon parents J
I cannot believe it is already the last week of school! Where has the time gone? It is going to be an exciting last week, especially for our grade 5 students.
Please remind students that as exciting as the end of the year is, we will continue to review curriculum outcomes over the next few days. Students should not forget expected behaviors and classroom routines.
Monday June 18th
·        Yearbooks will be sent home with students today.
Tuesday June 19th
·        K-2 water day lead by our Gr. 3-5 students. Students should be prepared to get wet and may want to bring a towel and a change of clothes.
·        At the end of the day Tuesday, I will be sending home balloons with those students who offered to help blow them up. Please have students bring them back the next day (Wednesday June 20), because we need them to decorate that afternoon. Thank you for your help!
Wednesday June 20
·        Wednesday is our Creative Clusters Showcase and Family Picnic. Please join us and see the final products of the students creative cluster groups. After the showcase, there will be a family picnic on the playground.
·        Wednesday afternoon we will be decorating for the Grade 5 ceremony at 3pm. Those who volunteered to help I will see you then!
  
Thursday June 21-
·        Grade 5 Celebration at 10:30am. Kindergarten celebration 1:00pm
 
Friday June 22
·        Talent Show.  Last day of school and report cards to go home. Dismissal at 11:30am. 
I’ve had a wonderful time teaching and getting to know your children over the past 7 weeks J We have learned a lot and I hope they have made some great memories of their last year in elementary school. Have a good week and a fantastic summer!
