Hello MAS
families! Another busy week at MAS! Our Christmas Performance on Wednesday was
a huge hit! Thank you to Ms. Bush, our amazing Music teacher, and our MAS
talented students for making it a wonderful success. Thank you to all who came
out to attend and for the many snack donations brought in, we collected 4 big
boxes in support of the Fredericton Community Kitchen! Also on Wednesday our
delightful York Care partners treated us with muffins and on Thursday LHHS were
here for out fun filled leadership activities. We topped Friday off with
our Moco Turkey Dinner Trip, good food and good times shared by all. Thank you

A few
reminders-
York
Care Caroling- On
Monday, December 16th the school will be going caroling at York Care. Students
will be taking the York Care bus to York care and back to school. The bus has
been approved by district office for transportation. If you have concerns,
please notify Roxy. We are asking students to dress in fun Christmas clothing that
day (Christmas hats, sweaters, ties, antlers, etc.)
Breakfast
Program-
Tuesday, December 17th- Pancakes, yogurt, and fruit.

Volunteers- We are
looking for volunteers for breakfast program for January. Please contact Helga

Christmas
Angel Tree Families-
We are happy to say there are no angels left on our tree, it is evident we are
a small but mighty school and caring community. Please return wrapped gifts,
with the angel tag attached, to the school no later than Wednesday, December
18th.
Caroling
At Night- On
Wednesday, December 18th students and families are invited back to school to go
caroling in the neighborhood at 6:00pm. Everyone is invited back to the school
after caroling for cookies and hot chocolate.
NO Tots
n Taters Hot Lunch-
Friendly Reminder that there is No Tots n’ Taters hot lunch the last week of
school (Dec. 17, 19) nor the first week back after Christmas (Jan. 7, 9).
This week:
Monday,
December 16- Hot lunch- Great Canadian Bagel. Caroling at York Care Centre
1:30pm. Wear a Christmas shirt, sweater, ties, hats, antlers,
etc.
Tuesday,
December 17- Breakfast Program.
Wednesday,
December 18- Student Christmas Shopping Spree and Christmas Caroling 6pm
followed by cookies and hot chocolate.
Thursday,
December 19- Art Richard Christmas Concert at Royal Road.
Friday,
December 20- Hot lunch- Papa John’s Pizza. Last day of classes for Christmas
(full day). Christmas Pajama day.
