​Hello MAS Families! Happy Spring! The weather is getting nicer which means the playground is getting wet. Please be sure your child has a change of clothes if needed. We had a wonderful time this week visiting Royal Road for a performance by Razzmatazz. Some students were also involved in beginning to plant for our indoor gardens. 

Reminders:

Students involved in Multi-Age Project- Please return permission forms as soon as possible. 

Breakfast Program- Tuesday (March 26) - Breakfast will be toast, scramble eggs, and fruit.  When the students arrive at school, if they wish to come have breakfast, please remind them to come in our grade 3-5 door. We will take off our boots, put our coats and book bags in classroom then head down to the gymnasium to enjoy breakfast together. When the bell rings and once students are finished, they will head up to class to start their day with full bellies.

Claudine's Restaurant- Our grade 4/5 Intensive French class will be taking a trip to Claudine's restaurant for a french language experience. They will be ordering food in french and being served in french.

Monday Mar. 25  - Papa John's Hot Lunch. 

Tuesday Mar. 26- Tot's and Taters Hot Lunch. Mad Science after school program. Grade 4/5 IF Lunch visit to Claudine's Restaurant for french language experience. 

Wednesday Mar. 27- Drama Club practice at 12:15-2:30pm

Thursday Mar. 28- Great Canadian Bagel hot lunch.   

Friday Mar. 29-   Grade 1-2 visit York Care. LHHS Clubs

Important Dates-

April 1- Report cards go home.

April 4- Parent-Student Teacher interviews (4-7pm)

April 5- No school students. Parent-Student Teacher interviews (8:30am-11:30am)

April 25- Drama Festival (for drama students)
