Today is the First Wednesday of the Month!

It's the first Wednesday of the month. That means your child should be handing you an FMS October newsletter when you arrive home tonight.  There are a few items that are for the next few days, so be sure to give it a read. There is a copy posted to our FMS website as well.

 
Please be reminded that there is no school for students until Tuesday of next week due to Professional Learning Days Thursday and Friday and the Thanksgiving Holiday on Monday.
 
There is a reference to the Add Your Voice campaign website in the newsletter, but the website is not listed. A few newsletters came home with business cards advertising that website but we did not have one for every student. That website is: www.EducationPlanNB.ca
 
Also please note, there is a need for hockey refs locally. There will be a clinic to certify or re-certify hockey officials on Friday, October 16th at 5:00 pm at the Bristol Fire Hall. Officials must be 12 years old or older.  The cost for new certification is $10 and re-certification is $15.
