Welcome to ASD-W Early Childhood Services

Early Childhood Services is the responsibility of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.  Services to children between the ages of 0-8 for the communities within the boundaries of Anglophone West District are now managed by the Director of Early Childhood Services. 
 
Some of the programs which are part of Early Childhood Services include the licensing and monitoring of Daycare, Preschool and After School facilities, Talk With Me Early Language Service, and Family and Child Education Anglophone West. We will continue to work with the  stakeholders of the area in order to identify the Early Childhood Services priorities of the communities of ASD-W. 
 
Positive early learning experiences are key to future social and academic success and it is the goal of ASD-W and EECD to provide the children of our area with the best possible early learning opportunities.
