​As you have probably heard, a final report card will be issued evaluating your child’s progress up until the closure of schools on March 13, 2020. These report cards will be ready for pick-up June 17^th to 19^th. However, in order to control the flow of traffic and ensure for social distancing, report card pick-up will be organized by grade level as follows:

• Wednesday, June 17^th - K Arbeau, K Pearson, Grade 1 Robinson, Grade 2 Debertin
• Thursday, June 18^th  – Grade 3 Thomas, Grade 4 Monteith, Grade 5 Niles
• Friday, June 19^th – Grade 6 Robinson, Grade 7 Hitchcock, Grade 8 Foster

Tables will be set up in the school lobby and pick-up will take place between 9am and 1pm each day. At this time families are also asked to return any remaining items that belong to the school, for example: library books, school uniforms, textbooks and school based technology (iPads).

We ask that you appreciate the 2-meter social distancing requirement that needs to be respected at all times. Visitors will be asked to enter though the school’s main entrance and will be required to leave through a designated door. The entrance and exist will be clearly labelled.

Parents or guardians planning to pick up report cards for multiple children are asked to attend on the designated day of their youngest child.
