Call for Letters of Intent for Childcare
Programs at Meduxnekeag Consolidated School for the 2021-2022 School Year (with
the possibility of extension)
Anglophone
West School District will accept submissions of Letters of Intent for the
operation of morning preschool programs (8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.), and/or fulltime
childcare, and/or after-school childcare at Meduxnekeag Consolidated School for
the 2021-20122 school year (with the possibility of extension).
The
following Letter of Intent package must be returned to Linda Dempsey- Nicholson
(453-6140), at Woodstock Education Centre 138 Chapel St., Woodstock, N.B. E7M
1H3 no later than 4:00 pm. June 4, 2021.
- Two-page Letter of Intent indicating
your proposed program and management structure,
- A completed Community Use
of Schools application found here: Appendix A (nbed.nb.ca)
- Two letters of support for
your intended program from the community at large.
Successful applicants must comply with the Early Learning and Childcare Operator licensing
process through the Department of
Education and Early Childhood Development (for more details contact Angela
Tozer, angela.tozer@gnb.ca), and complete ASD-W
Policy 701(student contact questionnaire).
Preference will be given to not-for-profit
applicants. Successful applicants will be
required to submit a Covid Operational Plan for approval. We thank all applicants for submissions,
however, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
