To: Families of Andover Elementary School, Perth-Andover Middle School, and Southern Victoria High School

We have been watching the ice-jam situation in the Upper Saint John River carefully today. Following the advice of emergency response officials with the Town of Perth-Andover and the Province of New Brunswick, schools will re-open tomorrow, Wednesday, March 31st, with the caveat that if we were to get any indication of a flood on or during a school day, we would call for the closure of the impacted schools as quickly as possible.

With the safety of our staff and students in mind, we will continue to monitor the situation over the next few days and will provide you with updates as necessary.
