Happy Return to Our Coyotes!

Image result for back to school

We are excited to see everyone on Tuesday, September 3rd. Here are a few important reminders for the new school year:

Daily drop-off time is 7:45am. Teachers are not on supervision duty before this time and students remain in the foyer until 7:45. We appreciate you respecting this arrival time.

All visitors are asked to stop at the office when entering the school and are not permitted to go to classrooms during school hours (the first day of school is the exception if you are helping your child to find their classroom). This is part of our security protocols to maintain the safety of our school community.

Students proceed to class starting at 8:10 and 'O Canada' is played at 8:25. Students who arrive after 8:25 will need to sign in at the office as they are considered late. Safe arrival calls go home for students who are marked as an unexcused absence. Please  call the main office (453-5429) and contact your child's teacher if they will be absent.

No Parking/No Stopping Signs - new signs have been installed in the Student Drop-Off area. This fire lane cannot have any vehicles stopping at any time, which includes vehicles idling with a driver still in the vehicle even for a quick minute. Your cooperation with this matter is imperative in order for the school to have use of the modular wing. Drive with care when entering this area and thank you for your assistance.

The Boys & Girls Breakfast Club will be running starting Tuesday, September 3rd. New forms for this school year will be sent home to be signed by parents/guardians. It is open to all students who would like to attend. Volunteers are needed to serve breakfast to our students. If you are able to volunteer please call 453-5429 to leave your contact information which will be forwarded on to the Boys & Girls Club.

Cafeteria Services - Resto la Bonne Assiette is our new service provider. We are awaiting an opening date for the cafeteria so all students will need to bring a packed lunch and their own beverage as milk purchases are not currently available.

The Brown Bag lunch program will begin on Monday, September 9th. If your family requires this service please contact your child's teacher who will provide the information to administration and add your child to the list.

The Back-Pack Program will begin on September 18th. As with the lunch program, provide the information to your child's teacher who will pass it on to the administration.

School Fees - $45 per student and are payable by cash or through School Cash Online.  (https://anglophonewest.schoolcashonline.com/).
