The Anglophone West School District uses SchoolCash Online for all school items and activity fees. SchoolCash Online helps our school district in many ways:
• Parents are notified automatically about items and fees for their students.
• Parents have the convenience of a secure online payment platform that is mobile-friendly.
• The schools improve safety and reduce risk by minimizing in-person visits to the school office.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, this safety aspect of the online platform is very important to us: we want to encourage a contactless mandate wherever possible.
Upcoming improvements
• In the coming months, we can start to go paperless by creating web-based forms (for example, registration or sign-up forms) within SchoolCash Online. Parents can access and fill out these forms within SchoolCash Online just as they would access any other item, and they will be notified automatically when a new form for their student is available.
• Even though we encourage online payments to improve safety and reduce risk, we will continue to support cash and cheque payments. Our version of SchoolCash Online is gaining improvements in how cash and cheques are collected and recorded, allowing our teachers and staff to spend more time focusing on students.
• Our payment model is changing slightly to support the paperless forms and cash-processing efficiencies. Beginning in May, a small transaction fee of 4% will be applied to items in the catalog. This will apply to all items online, as well as items purchased with cash or cheque.

Be ready to pay for items and complete forms, so that you will be automatically notified of new items as they become available:
1. Go to https://anglophonewest.schoolcashonline.com/ and click Register.
a. Type your first name, last name, and email address, and create a password.
b. Select a security question.
c. Select YES to receive email notifications. You will not receive any marketing emails. Selecting YES enables the system to send you fee notifications.
2. SchoolCash Online will send you a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it, check your Spam folder.
Use your email address and password to log in and see items for your students.
