ROYAL ROAD HALLOWEEN HOWL FUNDRAISER & FUN NIGHT
The date for this year’s Halloween Howl family/children’s costume party will be Friday, October 26th from 6:00 – 7:30 PM. This is our biggest FUNdraiser of the year, and all proceeds will go towards purchasing a new projector screen for the gym. The Howl is fast approaching, so circle this date on your calendar and come join the fun! We will have several spooky games throughout the haunted hallways! There will be prizes for best costumes again this year.
Admission will be $5.00/person or $15.00/family. Pizza, juice & water will be available for $1.00 each. Plan to have your supper at the party. (Please note: children cannot be dropped off and left unattended, parents must stay at the school during the event.)
To make this event successful we need volunteers. We are looking for people to help decorate, run some activities and clean up. As well, we are looking for donations of treat bag items (chips, chocolate bars, etc.). You may feel a cash donation is easier. Once again we will be having a bake sale during the Halloween Howl. We would be looking for donations of cookies, squares, cakes, pies, etc. Please provide peanut-free and nut-free goods only.
If you are able to help out, please complete the form we will be sending home today and send it back to the school by October 19th. The form is also located in our Home and School Documents here on our website. Please have all treats in by that time as well. Please do not bring treat bag goods to the party. Donations for the bake sale should not be sent in or dropped off until Friday, October 26th.
