Welcome to the Physical Education Team Page.

We are here to activate, motivate and collaborate with our NMS Community! Hey that Rhymes!

Mr. Yaychuk and Mrs. O'Keefe would like to invite you to check out our NMS Physical Education Weebly

https://physicaleducationnms.weebly.com/

On this site, our team will be uploading a variety of activity challenges, links, photos and videos that we hope will help you stay active and enjoy practicing your skills. We believe that by increasing your activity levels each day for at least 30-60 minutes you will be maintaining a healthier lifestyle.  We understand that this may not be possible for everyone, due to each family’s circumstance.  This is only a guide and suggestion.

We want to share many different ideas from our school family, as well as other teachers and specialists from around our educational community.

You and your family most likely have already been participating in your own creative ways to stay active.  We would love to hear about those ideas! Please send us your feedback, questions, or photos and videos. Send your thoughts to leah.okeefe@nbed.nb.ca and tayne.moore@nbed.nb.ca and we will certainly try and share your ideas or provide feedback back to you.

Stay tuned we will be up and running very soon!
