Food Drive

​Hello NMS families,

   Our school is participating in a Food Drive on behalf of the Fredericton Community Kitchens.  We would greatly appreciate any donations your family can contribute.  

Below is a list of a items that would come in handy for this event.

Pasta (spaghetti, macaroni, Kraft Dinner etc.)

Canned pasta sauce, spaghetti sauce (no meat)

Canned vegetables

Canned soup

Canned fruit

Fruit cups

Individual packs of instant oatmeal

Canned meats - tuna/chicken/ham

Canned baked beans etc.

Microwave popcorn

Hot Chocolate Packages

Sandwich bags – Ziploc - sandwich and snack size

Brown paper lunch bags - Kraft paper bags 5" x 3.5" x 10"

​Are you busy on the 15th of November?  Why not take the whole family out to spread some school cheer for the UNB Reds?  Each year this event gets more and more exciting to watch as a variety of schools come together as a community to cheer on some great players and to share in some fantastic memories!  Hope to see you there!

NO SCHOOL for students

​Hi families,   

   This is a quick reminder that there is no school for students on November 8th as teachers have Professional Learning sessions taking place.  There is also no school on Monday, November 11th as it is Remembrance day.  There will be no school for students on Friday November 22nd as it is parent/teacher meetings and Professional Learning sessions for teachers.

Nashmore Parents' Association

The next meeting of the Nashmore Parents' Association is Thursday, Nov. 7 at 6:30 pm at the school. We'll be discussing upcoming events, including our annual kid favourite - the Christmas Shopping Spree. Everyone is welcome!
