Student Hunger Program

As you may be aware, the Student Hunger Program reaches out to students in 18 Fredericton area schools, with approximately 345 lunches on a daily basis.  Additionally, they support the backpack program each week, sending food home with students, to help support families (approximately 80).  The annual Stuff a Bus campaign is this Saturday, Oct. 28th.  ASD-W is providing a bus, which we hope to completely stuff with donated food items.  Please share the following information as you see fit.  Together we can truly make a difference for students in need in the Fredericton area.

Saturday, October 28, 2017 (9:00 – 12:00).  There will be tables to collect non-perishable food items at the following sites:

·      Giant Tiger, 598 Union Street (bus will be located here)

·      Co-op, 170 Doak Road

·      Superstore, 115 Main St.

·      Leo Hayes High School

Thank you on behalf of the Student Hunger Program.
