On Thursday, May 20, it was determined by the Anglophone West School District (ASD-W) that the staff and students of Hubbard Elementary School would remain at the former “Arc-en-Ciel” site on Drummond Drive permanently.  This decision was confirmed by the District Education Council and is supported by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.

As part of the process to reach this decision, ASD-W reached out to families, staff, and others to solicit feedback through a survey.  The survey was open in early May and the results were examined and contributed to the process of reaching a final decision.  A comparison document had been provided for reference by all, comparing the two buildings.

The results of the survey are found in this attached report.  Please note…redactions were made to some of the harmful comments that were not related to the survey and/or were disrespectful to some individuals.

I wish to thank all those who participated in the survey and contributed to the conversations that took place this spring.
