Friday, May 20th - Anyone who pays $1.00 can wear their hat for the whole day!
Monday, May 23rd - Victoria Day Holiday - no school for staff or students.
Wednesday, May 25th - Pre-K Day from 10:30-11:45 for children entering Kindergarten in September. Information was sent directly to families with more details.
Home & School Hot Lunch - Thursday, May 26th, for students who pre-ordered.
PSSC Meeting/Home & School Meeting - Thursday, May 26th starting at 6pm.
Monday, May 16th, is the NBTA AGM and Professional Learning Day for teachers. This is also a non-school day for students.
Remember that when the buses are stopped in the school yard with their red lights flashing drivers are not to pull around them. This is for the safety of everyone.
The warmer weather has finally arrived and with it comes the risk of sunburns. Please ensure your child has sunscreen applied prior to arriving at school, has a hat that covers their ears and face, and has light-coloured, loose fitting clothing that helps to cover their skin.

Friday, May 6th, is NBTA Council Day for teachers. This is a non-school day for students.
We wish everyone a very Happy Easter and remind our families that there is no school for students on Thursday, April 14th, Friday, April 15th and Monday, April 18th. Report cards were sent home on Monday, April 11th. If you have not had a chance to schedule a Parent-Teacher interview with your child's teacher and would like to speak with them, please contact them directly through their email.

Starting on Monday,
February 7, 2022, the morning drop-off routine is going to have a different
format in order to alleviate current traffic congestion.
Buses will be
given priority from 8:00-8:10 for students to disembark at both sets of front
are asked to park in the area by the basketball nets, or in the yard by the
tank and fiddle, until the buses have departed at 8:10.
many of the children require assistance when getting out of their vehicles, allowing
the buses to go first will assist in alleviating the length of the current
line-up for parents dropping off students.

door only as is current protocol.
If waiting until
8:10 may be problematic for some, you are welcome to park and walk your child up
to the steps of the school starting at the usual 8:00 arrival time.
