Memo for Garden Creek Parents and Guardians​

Dear Creeker Families,

We have 2 weeks left of learning and growing in our  Garden Creek school year. The next two weeks are packed with finishing up work, new learning and end of year activities. We hope to see you at some of these, especially the Drama production at the end of the week. 

Grade 5 Green Hill Lake Trip tomorrow – to be clear, grade 5 parents are asked to be at the school at 4 tomorrow to pick their children up from their field trip. 

Hot Lunch and Milk - this will be the final week for hot lunch. Milk will be until Thursday, June 20th,  There will be no milk on the last day of school.  Please plan accordingly.

School Picnic Orders – Next Tuesday, June 18^th  is our  Garden Creek Family Picnic from 12:00 – 1:00 pm on the upper field. If you would like to order pizza, this must be done through Cashless Schools. Deadline for ordering is this Thursday. Please see attachment for more info . We hope to see everyone there! 

Yearbooks – we have received the yearbooks and teachers will be passing them out at the end of the week.  If you have any questions about those orders, please contact Harvey Studios directly as the ordering is coordinated directed through them.

Little Mermaid Production this Friday! - The GCS Drama Club will be presenting its drama production, The Little Mermaid, this Friday, June 14th. Students and staff will view this at 10:45 AM and Creeker families are invited for the 6:00 pm show.  THIS IS GOING TO BE TERRIFIC – We can’t wait!!

Last Day of School – So you are aware, the last day of school, Friday June 21^st, is a FULL DAY.

Moving in or out of our School or in or out of French Immersion? IF any families know they are moving, or you know any families that are moving into our zone, if you could please let us know. Also, if any students are considering transferring into or out of French immersion please let us know. A change of just one student can affect our class organization, so it is imperative that we know about these changes as soon as possible.  We encourage you to email the school over the summer as well . Thank you!
