​Dear Parents and Guardians,

 ​The staff have been back a week now and are busy cleaning, writing report cards and preparing for the fall.  Here are a few informational items for you.  A reminder that the building is still closed to the public but feel free to give us a call if there is anything you need to contact us about.

 1. Should you still have personal belongings at school, please touch base with your classroom teacher to arrange a pick up time.

 2. School clothing order – you have two options with this.  Should you wish to have your order returned, please call the school to arrange a pick up time.  For all other orders, we will hold onto them for next years order and adjust sizes if need be.

 3. All report cards will be mailed out on Monday, June 22^nd.  Younger siblings report cards will be included with the oldest child’s envelope.

 Grade Five Celebration:

 We will host a walk up ceremony that will work very similar to the “pickup belongings” event we held in May.  Classes will be given a time, they will enter through the front door, while maintaining a physical distance of 2m, tables will be set up with your certificates and a picture station as well.  Students will exit via the gym doors.  Families will need to maintain the 2m distance between each family throughout the entire process.  This will give our grade five students a chance to have some closure to their elementary years.
