​Good Morning Grade 12 Students & Families,

I am passing along some important information from Yearbook Adviser, Ms. Smith. Two documents are attached… Grad Profile & Congratulatory Messages… that will need to be submitted by the deadlines outlined.

Here are some important points to remember:

• Baby photos and grad casuals are due by Friday, February 18, 2022. 
• First round of congratulatory messages (for parents/guardians only) due Friday, February 11, 2022. The form is attached. This opportunity will open up to extended family once the parent/guardian messages are processed as there is limited space in the yearbook assigned to these messages.
• All these things should be handed into Ms. Smith directly (in person or by email) or to the office for Anita to pass along to her. 
• To get the yearbook by June of 2022, the deadline for it to be completed and submitted in full is March 14, 2022. Therefore, it is very important to follow the dates outlined above to ensure we have enough time to create the pages and complete the design of the yearbook.
