​WHAT DID WE DO TODAY?

LITERACY.  Read a few chapters from THE ICE MONSTER by David Walliams.  Read quietly for 15 minutes.  Read with a buddy.  Worked in our Writing Folders.  Visited the Library to sign out new reading materials.

MATH.  Worked on concepts such as Creating Patterns, Mental Math, What Comes Before, What Comes After, Even and Odd Numbers, Two-Digit Addition, Division Facts, and Multiplication Facts.

ART.  Followed directions to produce a picture of a Porsche Race Car.

SOCIAL STUDIES.  FInished work on  My Settlers in Early Canada Workbook.

Students in Grades 3-5 are going skating on Monday at the York Arena

Fitness Journals are due Monday.

Sock Hop on Tuesday.  Cost to attend is $ 2.
