Basketball Volunteers

We have a parent, Edgar Gallabois, willing to start up some basketball practices with our ​grade 4-5 students.  He is looking for another parent to help out.  This would start in January and it would consist of one weekday practice and possibly one weekend practice/game.  If you are interested in helping Edgar out, please send me an email at tayne.moore@nbed.nb.ca.

2016 Soccer Participants

We had over 40 students dedicated to playing twice a week for the last 5 weeks in our BPS Fall Soccer league.  Thanks to all the students who participated, you made it an enjoyable season.  ​

2016 BPS Soccer Champs

Congratulations to the Black Kats on winning the 2016 Championships at BPS this fall.  They defeated the Lions 2-1 in the Gold Medal Game.  The Wart Hogs defeated the Panthers to win Bronze.  Thank you to the wonderful referees and players for an exciting and enjoyable season.

Soccer Jamboree

10 Grade 5 students will be participating in the Royal Road Soccer Jamboree tomorrow (Wednesday) from 1:30-2:30.  Players are encouraged to arrive around 1:15.  They may wear shin pads but no soccer cleats.

CROSS COUNTRY

The x country team has been doing fantastic in their trainings and races this year.   We have another race at MacAdam Ave this Wednesday, Oct 5th beginning at 1:00pm.

We did not get a full team picture last week so we would like to take one at school on Wednesday at recess.  Could all x-country runners wear their BPS shirt to school that day.
