Reach for the Top - At lunch, seniors will practice with Mr. Brideau and grade 9s will practice with Mr. Thorne.  After school, grade 10s and new 11s will practice with Mr. Hermann and seniors will practice with Mr. Brideau. 

Renaissance – Could all members of Renaissance please meet Thursday at lunch in Mrs. Wright’s room, Room 136.

Don’t forget to bring in toiletries to your Advisory – The Advisory with the most by December 16^th will win a sweet treat.

Recycling – Anyone interested in joining recycling, please come to the Bio Lab, Room 251 Today at 12:30.

Seminar -There is an opportunity for students to attend a seminar on anti-racism coming up in December. The district is gathering students from all of the high schools to meet and discuss issues and solutions to promote understanding, inclusion and equity in our schools. Any students who are interested in this issue please meet with Mrs. Toner, room 004 under the library, at lunch on Wednesday, December 7.

Christmas Concert - All staff and students are invited to attend the KVHS Christmas Concert this Wednesday at 7:00 pm in the theatre. Admission is by donation and all proceeds support the music department. The concert will feature talented KV musicians from the Concert Band, Jazz Band, Choir, and Music 112 class. See you there!

Hey KV!  Do you love cookies?  Join us in the Cafeteria Thurs Thursday, December 8^th to decorate festive sugar cookies for a great cause!  We will be selling cookies for $2 or 3 for $5.  All proceeds go to the local charity First Steps.

Mr. Kirkpatrick's advisory is selling CANDY Grams at lunch for $1 each to send to fellow students to show you care.  They will also be selling guesses on the first snow day we will have.  $1 a square.  Winners get a Starbucks prize pack.  2 tumblers and a $20 gift certificate.
