December 02
December 1st 2020

We hope all families are making out fine with the pandemic, especially those presently in isolation. We hope to see everyone back on Monday, Dec 7th. I have not received any calls from Public Health which is a good thing. Try to avoid believing rumors on Facebook.

No School for student this Friday Dec 4th.

Our first Parent-Teacher interviews of the year will be held this Thursday, December 3rd (4:00 – 7:00 pm) and Friday, December 4th (9:00 – 11:00 am).  This year interview will be done either on the phone or online through office 365. Parents must book their interview time by using this link and please put your child’s name in not yours.

This system is like booking a reservation at a restaurant. Once a time is booked it no longer will appear in the teacher’s calendar. If you wish to have a phone interview, you still must book online. In filling out the information please ensure you put in a phone number and in the “Special Request” section, on the right of the page, type in “phone interview”. Interviews will be scheduled for ten (10) minute time slots.  If you feel you will need a longer interview, or if you are unable to make it on the 3rd or the 4th, other arrangements should be made with the teacher in advance. Please book your time to ensure it works with your busy schedule.

December Generosity: This year we will be supporting the Boys and Girls Club of Saint John for Christmas. They are making “Grab and Go” craft kits for the children who attend.  We have divided their wish list by grade level to make it easier. Please do not feel obligated to participate in this endeavour. If you do choose to help, please send in donations by December 14th.
