Canadian Mental Health Education Programs

Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick, Saint John Satellite Office is now accepting registrations for its 2014-2015 education programs. 

 
Depression: Help Can Make a Difference is a six-week education program for individuals who have been diagnosed with depression. Held every Tuesday evening from January 20th to February 24th, 2015, a trained facilitator and health care professionals discuss issues that relate to depression, including information on symptoms, treatment options, coping strategies and community resources.
 
The aim of Depression: Help Can Make a Difference is to offer assistance as well as encouragement in safe and relaxed atmosphere. Confidentiality and privacy of sharing within the group is strongly promoted.
