​To pay respect to National Indigenous History Month, we will take a moment to express gratitude for the land. 

From Grand Chief Ron Perlay: His job is to protect the water and stand up for his territory. He represents the Grandmothers, and speaks for them.

“Water is the most important; water is life. It is more than just a resource, it is life.

We are made of earth, made of mostly water. Our connection to water is what sustains us.  We hope that all of us will reflect on water for the rest of this day.”
