​ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR SEPTEMBER 6th

GUIDANCE:

Course changes will officially be done at 11:30 today.  Please make sure you have a course change form submitted by then.

CLUBS:

There will be an important meeting for all returning and new Me to We members in the library today Friday, September 6^th.  Please attend if you have any interest in travelling to We Day in October.

SPORTS:

THE SOFTBALL AND BASEBALL GAMES SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7^TH HAVE BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE PENDING STORM.

Boy soccer try outs are today after school from 4 – 5:30 on the back field. 

Field Hockey players for Grade 9, 10, 11/12 team can pick up jersey in Room 307 today at lunch.

MUSIC:

Auditions for students interested in performing at the Concert in the Courtyard on September 25^th will be taking place in the Music Room on Tuesday, September 10^th and Wednesday, September 11^th.  Please sign up on the Arts bulletin board.

Attention all students who are interested in joining the School choir, Blue Tones, this year:  There will be an information session for any NEW members Monday after school at 3:45 – 4:30 in the Rehearsal room beside the Music Room.  This meetings is for students Grades 9 -12 who have NOT been in the Choir before.  Returning Members:  Listen to announcements for our first rehearsal.

There will be a Welcome Back BBQ for all new and returning students interested in joining the KVHS Band Program this year today.  Please see Mrs. Palmer in Room 145 if you are planning to join band but cannot make it to the BBQ today.

Auditions for the Fall play will be held on Tuesday, September 10^th.  There is a sign up sheet on the Performing Arts bulletin board outside Ms. Lanigan’s room, room 115, for students interested.  Please add your name to the list and ask Mr. Sutton if you have any questions.
