It's Lisa Jardine calling with a special Friday talk mail regarding possible changes for buses this afternoon. In keeping with our focus on Be Safe, all of our buses will be coming today at 1:30pm to conduct the District's Dinobus bus safety program. This means, each bus driver will be talking to their own students about important bus safety rules and then will be practicing a bus evacuation from their bus in our parking lot. 
All students will be called to load at the same time (1:30pm) instead of our usual 2 at a time (between 1:45-2:00). Bus drivers think the training should take about 15 minutes, which should keep them pretty close to their schedules, but it may result in your child's bus leaving at a little different time than usual. It could mean your bus arrives at their afternoon drop off locations about 10 minutes earlier or 10 minutes later than usual. Hopefully, the buses will be on time, but if not, I didn't want you to miss them because they were a little earlier, or worry because they were a little later.
