Message from TRHS

Good morning from TRHS:

  1. We are in the middle of our Halloween Spirit Days!  Tuesday is Spirit Day (students encouraged to wear red & blue) and Wednesday is Costume Day (no masks please!).

  2. TRHS will host their annual Spook Walk on Tuesday, October 30th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.  Admittance is $4, per person, for one tour through.  For our youngest visitors (ages 8 and under) there will be a kid’s room with age appropriate activities and treats, as well as a trick or treat hallway for kids 12 and under.  Proceeds of this event will help our Titans in Need fund.

  3. Anglophone East School District’s District Education Council is currently undergoing a Sustainability Study of the Sackville schools.  The study may result in a recommendation to the Minister of Education to close Marshview Middle School, leading to a grade reconfiguration of the other 2 Sackville schools.  We encourage you to be informed about this study and visit the following website:

The Sackville schools’ Parent School Support Committees are seeking your feedback with a Thought Exchange Survey which will be sent out to you electronically within the next week.  This is an opportunity to share your thoughts with the PSSCs who will make a presentation to the DEC at the next public meeting on November 27th at TRHS.
