School pictures due TODAY! Picture retakes will be November 17th.
Christmas Daddies
Friday’s Theme Day this week is
dress up in your Halloween costume but no full face masks and no props. A monetary donation of $1.00 to
participate.
Lewisville Pumpkin
Carving/Designing Contest
Hi Panthers, we will once again be
participating in a pumpkin carving/designing contest to raise money for
Christmas Daddies.
Homeroom classes have until
Friday, October 29th to carve/design/paint their pumpkin.
Yearbook Photographers
The students chosen to be yearbook
photographers are posted outside of the gym.
Our 1st meeting will be Thursday at 10:20 recess in the Tech
Lab!
Reminder
Cell phones – when you enter a
classroom, the phone goes to your number on the pocket chart. You may use them appropriately at recess and
lunch.
EAL Tutoring
EAL tutoring is cancelled until
further notice.
Cheerleading
All students in Grades 6, 7 and 8
who would like to try out for cheerleading this year MUST sign up
on the clipboard outside of Room 113 by Monday, November 1st. Students eligible for the vaccine must show
proof of both vaccinations before tryouts.
Tryouts will be held after school from 3:00 – 5:45 on Tuesday, November
2nd, Thursday, November 4th and Tuesday, November 9th. Coach Ally and I can’t wait to see you there!
Gardening Club
Attention Gardening Club! Please bring your lunch to the Resource Room
at 12:15 for the lunch/recess block. I
need your help setting up new compost bins.

Girls’ Soccer
Congratulations to the girls’
soccer team on a successful season, finishing strong and remaining positive
throughout the season. A special shout
out to our Grade 8’s – we will miss you!

Mme. Smith by Friday.
Boys’ Soccer
The boys’ soccer team play today
in the District finals against Maplehurst.
The game is played at the Sportsplex Field #1. Good luck boys!!!
