March 2nd & 3rd – Library Used Book Sale  (All books $1)

 

March 6th-10th -  March Break for all NB schools

 

Tuesday, March 14th – Home and School Meeting 6:30pm

 

Friday, March 24th – Professional Learning for K-8 staff – No school for students

 

Tuesday, March 28th – PSSC Meeting 7pm

 

Looking ahead…

Thursday, April 6th – Second report card goes home

 

Friday, April 7th  -Good Friday & Monday, April 10th -Easter Monday (Schools Closed)

 

Friday, April 14th – Parent/Teacher interviews  - No school for students (more information will be sent home prior to this date)

 

                                                                

Dear Parents/Guardians,                                    

Staff have planned some special activities for students this week. There is a lot of school spirit at HES!  Tuesday, students enjoyed a “Bouncy Castle” obstacle course. Students received a notice with the daily themes.  (This is included below.)  Thursday, Skating is planned. Please be sure permission slips are signed and returned.  Helmets must be CSA approved. If you have extra skates and helmets (hockey), these would be appreciated for those who do not have any. Please have your name on these items so they can be returned.  Thank you.   On Friday a spaghetti lunch will be prepared for all students to enjoy (no cost).  Students need to bring usual snacks and drink.

 

We hope you enjoy the March Break with your family.  We encourage students to take part in activities at our local library during the break.
