Talk Mail for Friday, April 30th, 2021

FRIDAY, APRIL 30th, 2021

There will be meetings at lunch on Monday and Tuesday of next week in room 170 (Mr. Cormier's room) for any student in grades 9 through 11 who is interested in running for next year's Student Government.  It is a wonderful leadership experience.  If you have any questions, reach out to a Current Student Government member on social media or email

Grade 12 Parents/Guardians:

In compliance with the Right to Information and the Protection of Privacy Act (RTIPPA) schools must obtain consent when publishing or disclosing any information of a personal nature with the public. With graduation approaching, it is important that we communicate with you information that traditionally has been shared during events related to graduation. You have the option, as parents/guardians, of not granting permission for the school to share this information about your son/daughter if you so desire.  Please visit the Anglophone East website- Schools- School Cash/Forms to submit the RTIPPA form.

Information that is shared:

* The names of the graduates

* Recipients of medals, awards, prizes, bursaries, scholarships, certificates, and honors recognitions

* Grad photo to be included in the graduation composite and yearbook

*A video of the Graduation Ceremony

* A list of graduates is released to the local newspaper for publication

* A list of graduates is provided to the local MLA so that a personalized congratulatory letter can be given to each student
