Next week is final assessment week. Students are to be
at school and ready for the exams at 8:45am. The exam schedule is posted on our
school website. If a student is to miss an exam for a medical reason please
inform the school as soon as possible. An alternate time will be provided.
Students must bring all textbooks at the time of their exam and bring the
necessary supplies to write their exams. We wish the best of luck on these
Grade 12 students received a
Graduation Activities Informed Parental Consent form on Monday, May 27th. Please review this form for important dates
for Grads, sign and have your child return to the office. This form gives permission for your
son/daughter’s name to be shared as a graduate with the local newspaper, the
graduation ceremony program, grad photo to be included in the Grad Composite to
name a few. Please return these ASAP to
the main office.
is tradition at BMHS, we are asking the Grade
11 parents to donate a monetary contribution towards this year’s graduation
reception. We are suggesting a $20
contribution, but any amount would be greatly appreciated. Donations can be made at school cash online or
at the main office prior to June 14th. Next year your child will receive the same
benefit when they graduate. We are
looking for grade 11 parents to volunteer to help with the reception the
evening of Graduation June 20th.

Out of bounds applications: If your child is attending BMHS as an “out of bounds”
student you must re-apply for next school year.
Please have your child return the application form as soon as
kindly ask that parents check school cash online to ensure that all of your
child’s fees have been paid prior to
exam week. If you have any questions or
concerns please contact the main office.
A reminder to graduating students who are going on to
attend college or university in the fall. If you would like your scholarships
which you have received, including entrance scholarships, to be included in the
graduation program please bring a copy of your letter, indicating you have
received the scholarship and the total amount, to Mr. Harris or Mrs. Dominie in
the guidance office. Please bring in letters by Friday, June 14th.
Graduating students who are attending university or college
in the fall need to make arrangements with the front office to have their June
transcripts sent to the institution they plan on attending. At the front office
are Final Transcript Request Forms (on bright pink paper). These need to be
completed, with all the correct information, in order for students’ Final
transcripts to be sent. The cost to send official transcripts is $2. With the
hustle and bustle of graduation we encourage graduating students to do this as
soon as possible.
Student Financial Assistance applications for students
beginning university or college in September 2019 are available online. They
can be accessed by visiting www.studentaid.gnb.ca.
Both online and printable applications options are available along with
information to help in filling them out.
Our PSSC would like to thank all the parents who took
the time from their busy schedules to answer our survey. It was a success
and will help us determine our objectives for our 2019-2020 school year.
We will share the survey results and our objectives for 2019-2020 when we
return in September. We wish everyone a safe and wonderful summer!
