Moncton High School News!

MHS is participating in blood drives through Canadian Blood Services during the school year.  If you are a regular donor, please ask for your donation to be included under Moncton High donations.

The school community as well as alumni are asked to check out the Legacy campaign as we endeavour to build a turf field for the school.  Please go to the MHS website at monctonhigh.nbed.nb.ca or www.mhsfield.com for more information.

Moncton High School participated in the 2019 John Peters Humphrey Model United Nations.  They won four individual awards. Justin Jamieson and Melissa Zengin with honourable delegate awards for their committee.  Andrew Young and Pinak Ghosh both winning top individual best delegate awards for their committees.  Our students showed the diplomacy and work ethic that goes into international negotiations.   The contribution they all made to their committees was enough for them to win top award of Best Delegation for the third straight year. These kids out debated, out crafted and in some situations politically manipulated some of the top students in our region.

Kyra Puddester and Alexandra Lenghel visited Sunny Brae on April 30th and presented to the student body on Mental Wellness.

Congratulations to the 2018–2019 Moncton High School Cyber Knights!  A new team of 6 students competed in the Cyber Titan competition this year.  The competition challenges teams of students in a series of simulated cyber security vulnerabilities on a variety of operating systems.  The Cyber Knights have secured a top 10 ranking in Canada and are headed to the Canadian National Championships for the second year in a row.
