Caledonia Regional High School News!

Today, the staff and students at CRHS, wore their orange t-shirts, scarfs, and ribbons to honour the legacy of the St. Joseph Mission (SJM) Residential School (1891-1981).

The events were designed to commemorate the residential school experience, to witness and honour the healing journey of the survivors and their families, and to commit to the ongoing process of reconciliation. It is an opportunity to create meaningful discussion about the effects of Residential Schools and the legacy they have left behind.

Thank you to Debut Atlantic for the great opportunity to host Canadian recording artists, cellist Stephane Tetreault and pianist Marie-Eve Scarfone, who performed for the students of CRHS on Wednesday, 26 September.  The classical duo performed works from Beethoven, Haydn, Saint-Saens, Nadia Boulanger and a special request from the Mario Bros!
