There are 3 due dates, December 5th, February 20th and April 24th.  There is an approximate 10 day waiting period.  The amounts found in the form include taxes and checks are made out to Wicked Good Graphics.  If you are paying in cash please bring the exact amount.  Please go see Mr. Leblanc to place an order.
